Genevieve Deslandes

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER & FOUNDER

Gen studied Arts and Communications, leading her to Cirque du Soleil, where she refined her skills over several years. She then became a Producer at Just for Laughs Festival and later joined Solotech as Director of Operations. With experience in planning complex tours and managing high-pressure productions, she is prepared for the unexpected in the industry. In 2017, she moved to Australia, organizing memorable events, launching new venues, and growing TFCG. Outside of work, Genevieve enjoys music, iced tea, maple syrup, yoga, speaks French, and brings joy to those around her. As a mentor for Headspace, she maintains a positive outlook and a desire for self-improvement. She handles challenges calmly and gracefully, making her a valuable asset for any ambitious project.

Alana Morgan

SENIOR PRODUCER

Alana, a proud Australian citizen born in the US, has over 30 years of experience in production. She began her career in 1991 as a Scenic and Lighting Designer and later on became a Production Manager for Cirque du Soleil's KOOZA tour in 2009, traveling across North America, Japan, the UK, and Europe. After moving to Melbourne, she became an expert in tour planning and permitting for events in temporary structures, ensuring everything is compliant while building strong relationships with venue owners and authorities. Alana is also recognised as a cat whisperer and enjoys seeing photos of pets, even with her busy schedule.

Shevaun Lambert

Event Manager, styling and operations

Shevaun "Shev" Lambert is a hospitality expert with over 20 years of experience. Her passion for her work is clear; her excitement shows in her eyes. She opened her first successful restaurant at just eight years old. After graduating in hospitality and events in 2007, she has worked in various roles, from managing restaurant teams to overseeing hotel operations, organizing festivals, planning events, and training staff. Shev is known for her problem-solving skills and dedication, thriving in challenging situations and inspiring her team with her energy. She is also dedicated to empowering women, a value she embraces as a mother of five. She is our staffing expert and payroll specialist, enjoying large rosters, training sessions, and brainstorming processes. More importantly, we admire her as a remarkable mother.

Shakira clanton

Production support

The TFCG team is thrilled to have met and worked with Shakira. She is involved in all projects and brings a vibrant energy to everything she does. While she is an up-and-coming producer, she is an even more talented actor. Shakira, a NIDA graduate, has steadily worked in film, television, and theater for the past ten years. Her recent TV roles include shows like Eden, Diary of an Uber Driver, Doctor Doctor, and Hyde and Seek. She will appear in the upcoming second season of Frayed and Preppers on ABC.

Shakira has performed in some of the most successful productions in Australia, such as Long Forgotten Dream, Barbara and the Camp Dogs, and I’m With Her. She earned a Best Actress nomination at the Sydney Theatre Awards for her role in the acclaimed production Weekend.

Continuing to develop her skills, she has also collaborated with SBS and Replay Films on documentaries. As a skilled voice actor, she contributed to Little J and Big Cuz. A strong advocate for diversity, Shakira is a proud Wongatha, Yamatji, and Noongar woman from Perth and is also African American and Etowah Cherokee from her father's side. We also believe she has the best laugh we've ever heard.

Clare O'Connell

Producer, Finance and Partnership

Clare O’Connell, from Sydney, began her career in the late 1990s as a stagehand with a local crewing company. By 2001, she joined Michael Chugg Entertainment as an administrative and ticketing coordinator, later advancing to tour accounting and financial management for various events. In 2007, she became Cirque du Soleil's first tour accountant for Arenas and in 2010, took on the role of Company Manager. Clare prioritizes trust, transparency, communication, and mentoring in her leadership style. She has worked in over 45 countries and splits her time between Australia and Croatia.

Colleen kanzora

Project Manager - Marketing

Colleen is an experienced and creative marketer who has worked with major entertainment brands like Cirque du Soleil, Moulin Rouge the Musical, and the Blue Man Group. Most recently, she was the Project Manager for Blue Mountains Tourism, working to boost tourism in the region after the 2019 bushfires by launching a new brand, ad campaign, and an annual event called Equinox. With over twenty years in the field, she is skilled at developing marketing strategies that increase sales and improve brand visibility. Known for her comprehensive marketing approach, she focuses on customer engagement, brand loyalty, media strategy, and profitability. Colleen also utilizes digital and social marketing tactics to enhance customer experiences and drive revenue. Additionally, she enjoys discussing sailing, the beach, and the ocean.
